My background is in the INGO sector, where I work at the intersection of partnerships, learning, communications, and data. This has shaped how I approach analytics; not just as numbers on a dashboard, but as a tool for understanding impact, improving decision-making, and strengthening organisational learning. I work with SQL, Power BI, Python, and Power Query to clean, analyse, and visualise data, with a focus on reporting, dashboarding, and turning complex information into actionable insights. My experience includes supporting partner learning initiatives, analysing engagement trends, and contributing to evidence generation for localisation and partnership programmes. I am particularly interested in data storytelling and using analytics to help organisations make more informed and strategic decisions.
